I am a Clinical Therapist specializing in treatment with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with OCD & related disorders such as Trichotillomania (hair-pulling) and Excoriation Disorder (skin picking). Furthermore, I also specialize in Anxiety & Specific Phobias, such as Emetophobia (fear of vomiting). I provide support and treatment to help those heal from PTSD/trauma-related symptoms. I believe an essential part of treatment is developing a therapeutic relationship that establishes a safe space with trust and empathy.
I've completed extensive training for OCD Related Disorders, Anxiety, Trauma, and Parent Coaching. I skillfully utilize a patient-specific combination of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and SPACE Training.
