My experience includes working with a variety of symptoms related to mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, eating disorder behaviors, self-harming behaviors, family conflict and relationship issues. In my recent work, I have focused on helping adolescents and adults overcome their struggles with Eating Disorder behaviors.

I feel that within each therapy sessions, we can begin to successfully confront those barriers to change.
