My name is Jennifer Bautista, and I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate at Zia Healing and Wellness. Additionally, I completed Gottman Level 1 training and the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Externship for couples. Everyone encounters challenges, transitions, relationship issues, and problems during their lifetime. My primary focus is on couples using EFT and the Gottman Method, but I enjoy individual counseling using various other approaches. My background as a military member and spouse and parent of adult children affords experience and understanding.
