Dedicated to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), my focus is on empowering you to skillfully reshape negative thought patterns. In addition, using EMDR technique, we strategically target and unlock trauma, facilitating healing via guided eye movements. Embarking on this journey together, we will collaboratively navigate a transformative path to change.
Proud mom of two incredible daughters and two delightful bonus daughters, I joyfully embrace the title of "Nonnie" to my cherished grandchildren. Free time is spent with my family or friends in a variety of ways. Adding to the mix are my two very spoiled dogs—a German Shepherd & a Beagle—who occasionally grace my therapy sessions with their presence.
