I currently work with adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) frameworks to treat eating disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, and co-morbid mental health concerns.
My graduate pursuits were based on a desire to understand how and why people change and the unique, individualized aspects of the change process in order to provide efficient and effective clinical care. I consistently work to integrate evidence-based treatment and therapy processes research into my clinical practice.
I am passionate about working with clients to clarify their personal values and helping them develop the tools needed to navigate the internal and external challenges they experience while building a meaningful, values-based lifestyle.

Mastering Your Mind: Building Effective Coping Strategies for Managing Distressing Thoughts is an 18+ HYBRID group for individuals that are interested in utilizing evidence-based practices to manage distressing thoughts. You will Learn a variety of proven approaches to reducing negative thoughts, identify how your thoughts related to your behaviors and emotions, gain insight into your patterns of thinking and developing strategies to stop unwanted patterns and practice new skills with the support of your group leaders and others who struggle with similar concerns.
