Truthfully, healing is painful as well, but what is most detrimental is holding on to that pain and trauma. Taking a step in your healing process takes courage. As a wife and mother, I developed a deep and distinctive strategies of displaying empathy. I'm passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families of diverse backgrounds and age groups. For 5 years, I've worked with clients experiencing trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and various forms of abuse and neglect (sexual, physical, mental etc).
In alignment with providing a therapeutic environment, I use CBT, Person-centered, and Solution-focused approaches with my clients.
