Once this foundation is established, we will then be able to co-create goals, objectives and a clear plan to help you achieve the results you’re looking for.

I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, trauma and a host of other issues that may be causing distress. I also have experience in multiple settings including work in outpatient treatment facilities, school settings, and in home settings. I've worked with adults, adolescents and children in my 8 years of practicing therapy thus far.
