I specialize in treating clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, fertility and perinatal mood disorders. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness techniques to treat my clients. Clients will develop the ability to think healthier, and build lasting relationships, while successfully coping with life’s challenges.

I will create a safe, supportive and welcoming environment where you can begin to experience positive growth. Therapy should always be customized to your needs. Together we will create a plan that will allow you to tap into your inner strength to better cope with life’s changes, while giving you the confidence to live the life you imagine.
