I believe that clients first need to experience a sense of trust and security before sharing can evolve into the dynamic process which enables the best opportunity for a positive change. Working with me in a therapeutic process feels like having a peaceful dialogue with someone who is empathic, understanding, and nonjudgmental. I delicately approach clients’ suffering while striving to understand the language of suffering they use to express their psychological pain.
I have been trained internationally and have extensive experience working with women, adolescents , young adults and families from many different backgrounds and cultures. I am fluent in French, English, and I speak three other African languages. I am a family-oriented person inspired by the Internal Family Systems Model.
Life can be like an uphill battle.It can make you feel like you're on your own. You are not. In my safe space you will feel at home, discover a welcoming and compassionate listener.
