I have over ten years of experience helping adults, adolescents, and couples, with relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, school difficulties, depression, and anxiety. I work collaboratively with clients to focus on the issues they find important.
My approach is to provide support with insight and clear feedback to help people address current challenges and long-standing issues. I use a variety of methods which include Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Client Centered Therapy to help people bring resolution to a wide variety of concerns.
