I provide culturally competent and evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you as you move toward your authentic self. My goal is to help you find the tools to honestly express your feelings so that you can feel the delight of being you. I believe therapy works best and is most successful when there is a willingness to risk being vulnerable. My niche population includes teen girls with self-esteem, anger, identity, and behavior concerns. Teen girls group may be considered with at least 10 girls. Growing Great Girls Curriculum.
