I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist. My main goal is to provide skills and tools that will empower you, or your child, on the journey for change. I utilize many therapeutic tools tailored for your specific needs in a solution focused approach. Some of these tools may be play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and relaxation skills. I like to work in partnership with children, adults, and families to assist them in reaching their goals of healing and building skills for future growth.
