For the last 10 years, I've been working with people who are seeking relief from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I work with clients who are looking for a supportive space for self-reflection and growth, with the goal of building relationship skills and coping strategies that can help them move through life in a more skillful way. I love working with people, and I use a warm and compassionate approach, not without direct and honest feedback, candor and humor. I'm often described as kind, spacious, and encouraging, providing a comfortable space for therapy.

I primarily use 3 therapy methods: Psychodynamic, Feminist, and Relational therapies. Every client has a unique constellation of background, personality, and needs, and I tailor my work within these modalities to meet each client where they're at. I've had a Seattle-based practice for the past 10 years, and now moved my practice to all remote therapy.
