I've spent 12 years in a private practice working with folks who are seeking help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I work with clients who are seeking a space for self-reflection and growth, and help in building relationship skills and coping strategies that can help them move through life in a more skillful way. I love working with people, and I use a warm and compassionate approach, not without direct and honest feedback. I'm often described as gentle and grounding, providing a comfortable space for the work of therapy.
I primarily use 3 therapy methods: Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, and Relational therapies. Every client is unique and each person who walks in has different needs. I tailor my work within these modalities to meet each client where they're at. I've had a Seattle based practice for the past nine years, and have now moved my practice to all remote therapy.
