My goal as your therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space where we work together foster change and create personal growth. My approach to therapy is best described as eclectic. I use evidence based treatments designed to treat the whole person. (mind, body, and spirit)
We may focus on skills to calm your bodies reaction to triggering events or conversations. Or explore together challenging or changing thinking to impact your mood or self-esteem. We may work on learning effective communication skills to improve relationships and get your needs met. I will adjust my approach to fit your needs.
