I work from a strengths based and self compassion perspective. I combine evidence based practices, trauma informed approaches, and mindfulness based techniques that work best for you. We will use the body and mind as resources for healing. I find working with the whole person- mind, body, spirit- to be the most impactful approach.
My role as a therapist is to provide a safe, secure space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. As we are often our best self-critics, I am not here to judge or blame.
