As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my passion is working with those who are struggling with relational issues, trauma, depression, or coping with life transitions such as the loss of a loved one. My goal is to assist you in developing skills that will help you to navigate life's challenges, and that help to build and maintain healthy lasting relationships. Often, our struggles make us feel like there is nothing we can do to change ourselves or our situations. I am here to say that it is okay to feel this way, and even more so, it is okay to ask for help.
My purpose as a therapist is to provide a safe place where my clients can process and express themselves without fear of judgment. I approach each person, couple, and family that I see with authenticity and compassion. If allowed, I will join you on your journey of healing and be a support that encourages and challenges you in your pursuit of growth.
My hope is that I can equip you with the tools you need to achieve your goals.
