At the end of the day, I’m just a human who has a passion for walking alongside others in their struggles. When you enter my therapy space, my goal is that you feel safe to come exactly as you are. I provide a warm, empathetic, and interactive presence. Therapy is a sacred time dedicated to healing from the adversity life has thrown your way, and I consider it an honor when clients invite me in their pursuit of healing. I believe “healing” looks different for each of us, and there isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to treatment. I strive to collaborate with my clients to tailor the treatment plan to reflect their specific needs.

I have ten years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. While working as a therapist at a local youth shelter in Oklahoma City, I was fortunate to receive EMDR, TF-CBT, and TBRI Practitioner training and certifications.

My current schedule is Monday-Thursday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. It takes courage and vulnerability to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you!
