I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Oklahoma and Texas. Therapy is something that has changed my own life and led me to become a counselor myself. Counseling is a journey that a person embarks on to make sense of their past experiences and find tools to help them be in the here and now fully. I believe that the relationship we build in therapy is the foundation for you to begin the powerful work of finding meaning in life. I will be the person that journeys alongside you as you explore the intricacies of life.
I utilize an integrated therapeutic approach so that each individual client is met where they are. I employ the following therapeutic modalities in my practice: a person centered approach, internal family systems (IFS), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and narrative therapy.
During this time I am only taking new clients through teletherapy.
