As a therapist working in Virginia for well over a decade, I have provided services to both adolescents and adults, assisting with stressors associated with mental health, family and relationship dynamics, communication struggles, life stage changes, and women's issues.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Think Happy Live Healthy, and a registered yoga teacher, I recognize that change occurs in both our mind and body, and that all components of wellness should be included in care. My principles are heavily based on Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Positive Psychology.
