At Think Happy Live Healthy, I provide a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to mental health services. I specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults and acknowledge the connection between mental health and physical health. I work to create an individualized treatment plan that involves therapy, movement, and creating a healthy food lifestyle. I realize the strong connection between our body and minds and use that to provide a more effective kind of treatment for my patients.

Largely based on principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness, I help my clients feel motivated and empowered to reach their goals. I have worked as a school psychologist for nearly a decade and am the owner of Think Happy Live Healthy.

At Think Happy Live Healthy, we believe in the importance of developing strategies, skills, and ways of being that enhance an individual’s ability to be more authentically present and engaged in daily life. That is why we are proud to offer an eight week group for adolescents (ages 14-18) dedicated to cultivating these attributes. Group sessions focus on topics such as mindful attention, learning about your core strengths and utilizing them optimally, and how your strengths can have a positive impact on your relationships with others. A group for moms by moms. This is a virtual group that will meet 1x week for 60 minutes from 11:30am to 12:30am. It is $25 per session. Rebecca knows we are not meant to parent and mother alone. This group will allow you to connect to an online community of liked-minded women and mothers. Rebecca is here to be your biggest champion as you navigate the ups-and-downs of adulthood and motherhood today.
