You feel isolated, misunderstood...lonely. You’ve been told you’re “too much,” “too sensitive,” or “intense.” You feel frozen in profound suffering. You feel that no one has seen the real you and have a sense that there are parts of yourself that maybe you haven’t seen. Hiding yourself has become unbearable, but you don’t know where to start or who to go to for help making sense of your complex inner world and experiences. We can be deeply wounded in relationships, past and current, but it is also in relationships that we find healing.
My approach is warm, grounded, relational, and interactive. I honor your complexity and will hold all of your story with respect and deep care. I make space for the whole person (mind, body, soul), and all of their story (past, present, hopes). I do not shy away from the human experience, no matter how complex or intense, it's welcome with me.
I didn’t become a therapist to “fix” anyone. Your pain is real but you are not broken. You’re the expert of your life and I offer a holding space to help you amplify your inner voice and inner wisdom. If you’ve read this far, let's schedule a consultation. If you think I'm not the therapist for you, I will help you find one who may be a better fit.
