Each client brings their own unique experiences, gifts, issues, strengths, and goals to treatment. Clients often come to me feeling "stuck" or "stagnated, others may be grappling with career, relationship or health issues, while some are seeking a "shift" or a re-direction. No matter what their journey, I am supportive and nurturing without enabling and we will act together as a team.
I utilize a variety of theoretical models in my work. I like to integrate different techniques and interventions in my work so that clients leave with a full personalized "toolbox" of coping skills. I have over 20 plus years of diverse clinical social work experience in a variety of settings including training on nontraditional therapies.
