With a focus on integrated health and mindfulness, my goal is to provide you with the tools needed to boost your happy and get you back on the road to total well-being.
I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years, with a passion for boosting happiness in all those that I serve. I take an integrated approach to well-being, and emphasize the mind-body connection. An assessment of stress, movement/exercise, diet, sleep and support are done with every client to insure we are addressing total well-being.
Life can be challenging and the post-pandemic landscape has upped the ante. Change brings about stress, on both the body and mind. With change, however, comes opportunity.
