Within my practice, I use proven methods like ACT, CBT, and EMDR to address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and traumatic experiences. I also use play therapy and mindfulness techniques to create a comfortable environment where children can express themselves, process their emotions, and learn helpful ways to cope with difficult situations.
Family dynamics play a vital role in a child's well-being, so I make it a priority to involve parents and caregivers in the process. I offer guidance and support to help them strengthen their communication skills and build stronger connections within the family.
My ultimate goal is to create a space brimming with warmth, compassion, and empathy, where children and families can feel supported, grow together, and find joy in their journey of overcoming challenges.
