Hi, I am Anne! I am here to help young adults, older adults, and anyone in-between overcome life's obstacles with a side of humor and a heap of empathy. I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, faith transitions, and issues specific to the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have experience working with people in hospice, those with chronic or terminal illness, and caregivers. In sessions I use evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches such as ACT, CBT, ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and several mindfulness techniques.
Through an integrative and collaborative approach, I will help you develop coping skills, process your experiences, and work towards your goals. I also love to sprinkle some humor and smiles during your session, so you can laugh at the absurdity of life’s challenges while still finding the strength to overcome them.
