You are brave for walking in that fear to seek help and I am here to support you in your healing journey. My clinical background includes working with young and older adults experiencing a range of different issues that include: anxiety, depression, adjustment, relationship issues, and grief.
I offer an eclectic approach to therapy in which I use a range of evidenced based interventions to best address your presenting needs. I also have a special interest in minority mental health and a strong supporter of breaking the stigma around men’s mental health. It’s not unmanly to struggle. Everyone deserves the necessary support no matter who they are.

I provide a safe, empathic, collaborative and nonjudgmental environment in which we will work together to help you heal from hurts and develop healthy coping strategies that will help you thrive in your present.
