I use mindfulness and integrative therapeutic practices to address feelings that may come up in session, specifically pulling from humanistic and psychodynamic schools of thought. I focus on mind-body integration and helping my clients stay present and grounded.
Culturally responsive therapy is central to my work; our personal histories and sociocultural environments shape the lens through which we view the world. I am here to help you process and navigate. I have experience working with adults who suffer from anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma.
