You deserve support that brings peace and comfort to your mind, body, and heart. You and your story deserve to be heard and held as you heal. No matter what part of life you are currently in, you deserve a therapist that you connect with. I help clients in all stages of life process feelings of anxiety, depression, loss, and post-traumatic stress. I offer a holistic method through a combination of mindfulness, movement, spirituality, and psychotherapy. My goal is for you to gain helpful coping skills, emotional processing, and a deeper sense of self. All parts of you are welcome and honored!
Along with being a therapist, I am a birth/postpartum doula, lactation educator, and yoga teacher. I have a special interest in providing families support for their mental health from their fertility journey through pregnancy into the postpartum period as well as their reconnection with sex and intimacy.
It's my job to create a safe and welcoming space, all you need to do is show up! I am honored to walk with you and celebrate you as you grow, heal, and thrive. I look forward to connecting with you!
