I am trauma-informed and EMDR certified, with nearly a decade of experience working with PTSD, domestic violence, and stress management scenarios with Indigenous communities, LGBTQIA2S+ communities, and others. I am also highly proficient in assisting with anxiety, substance use, mood dysregulation and self-esteem/image disorders.
