I welcome you as you are. Many of us have lost connection to ourselves, others, and the natural world. Through deep listening I facilitate a space for healing, to help you remember your connection to your wholeness. I provide a space to support the cultivation of self-acceptance through self-inquiry and curiosity to compassionately examine constricting beliefs and/or systems of oppression that impact our natural expression and aliveness. It is possible for you to recover lost or forgotten parts of self that have been exiled by judgement, shame, and pain to find yourself again. Together, we will excavate and uncover.
I work with adults, young adults, and adolescents to address symptoms of anxiety, issues of self-worth and belonging, relationship issues, 2SLGBTQI+ needs, and phase of life transitions. I work through a lens that recognizes the impact of historical/intergenerational trauma, social/cultural oppression, and seek to work from an anti-colonial framework.
