I specialize in supporting folx who are navigating life transitions, grief, trauma processing and healing attachment patterns, either within themselves or their relationships.
Through somatic, creative and mindfulness practices as well as verbal processing, my desire is to reconnect you with a felt sense of wholeness and a deep connection to your own power and life force. I believe that each person already has the wisdom they desire inside. My job is to hold an intentional space that allows this knowing to shine through.
