Who Am I Now?
An 8-week guided group experience for adults who are questioning and/or struggling with an aspect of their identity and would like the chance to explore it in community. Whether you are questioning your sexuality, spirituality, gender, your direction in life or something else, this group is here to give you the sacred space and practices to safely get in touch with your authentic self, whatever that looks like. This group will be led by expert group therapist, Grace Harman, LPC BC-DMT.
