My job is to help you restore that balance and unlock the potential of your sexual wellness. A better sex life is not out of your reach.
I provide trauma-informed sex therapy to help clients overcome sexual issues and develop their sexual confidence. My approach is both direct and gentle; my values of authenticity, compassion, and humor also show through in each session. I am especially passionate about working with trauma survivors and the LGBTQIA+ community.
I believe it is incredibly important to feel connected to your therapist in order to do the vulnerable work of therapy.
