As a certified sex therapist, I have experience working with issues such as sexual incompatibility, desire discrepancy, performance anxiety, pain, sexual shame, and difficulty with orgasm. I help people overcome barriers so they can more freely experience confidence, intimacy, and pleasure. I offer individual and couples therapy.

I am a couples therapist and an AASECT certified sex therapist. My training includes EMDR, a research-supported approach designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. With over 15 years of experience in yoga and mindfulness meditation, I incorporate these therapeutic practices into my sessions. Based in Roanoke since 2005.

I take great pride in collaborating with individuals of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. I am supportive of kink and BDSM practices and possess experience in non-traditional relationship structures, including consensual non-monogamy and polyamory.
