As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe that the purpose of counseling is to help clients achieve goals and to gain more insight into their lives. Through utilizing my expertise, and professional personal experiences clients will be allotted the opportunity to develop a better understanding of themselves.
My approach to psychotherapy is integrative and focused on the individualized need of each client. I have found that my compassion for this field, has worked as a catalyst in improving clients' coping mechanism to deal with life's difficulties, and has helped clients find solutions and rationale to unresolved issues.
As a therapist, my aspiration is to provide clients with a comfortable environment so that they can feel at ease to share their experiences, hardships, hopes and dreams. By unifying a client cantered, strengths- based style, I will be able to facilitate clients' understanding in their progression and psychological growth.
