I can help guide you through healing inner wounds. We will start by inquiring within about what your nervous system needs to feel safe, using curiosity and compassion, so that distress and trauma can move through you more organically. Your symptoms related to anxiety, PTSD/C-PTSD, and grief/loss can begin to soften instantly when we look inside and engage with our thoughts and feelings and seek a connection between body and mind. Healing happens when we show up for ourselves in new ways, particularly when we connect with all parts of ourselves from a place of compassion.
I help people name what is "stuck" and work with the mind and body using Brainspotting, IFS/parts work and other somatic skills to go beyond surviving and into thriving.
