I am passionate to assist clients with healing their mind, body and spirit while seeing each person as an individual in the context of their environment. I use a relational, humanistic, client centered and strength-based approach with an attachment lens while acknowledging that each individual is unique and motivated through free will to achieve their highest potential. I hold space for vulnerability and acceptance during each session. I work with BIPOC identified people with their intersectionalities and how it relates to systemic oppression and other nuances of identifying as BIPOC.
I work with people who have experienced trauma, grief, loss, identity issues, adoption and childlessness. I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Certified through EMDRIA, I integrate IFS (Internal Family Systems) into EMDR and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). I am trained in Reiki, utilize sound bowl healing and guided meditation.
I invite clients to join me in the healing process which takes courage, strength and vulnerability. I value each person, meeting you where you are. I hope we can journey together, providing you with support, skills and tools so you can move forward and live your life to its fullest. I am a Clinical Supervisor for Social Work Associates/related fields.
