I serve children ages 3-10 in play therapy, and adults 18+ in traditional talk therapy. In all these settings, I am a person-centered counselor, meaning my approaches are non-directive and oriented around a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. I value authenticity, humor, and collaboration.
