I am a licensed mental health counselor providing individual and group counseling to the young adult and adult population. I believe in taking a holistic approach to my work and looking at all aspects of a client’s life to help navigate them on the path that is right for them. I believe that each client is an expert on their own life, and I strive to provide a welcoming, safe space where each client can feel the freedom to be completely authentic and understood. I strive to create a space where clients have fun and enjoy coming back for each session.
My background includes working with clients who’ve had depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, life stressors, ADHD, life-transitions, and sport-related concerns. The theoretical frameworks that I typically use are Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused, and Strengths-Based approach.
