I provide a judgement free space for individuals and couples to show up as they are without expectations of who they "should be". My goal is to create an environment that is supportive of personal growth, healing from trauma and improving self-compassion. I want each client to walk out feeling seen, and heard. With empathy, understanding, and a little humor, I work with each individual or couple to build on their strengths and empower them to overcome the challenges they are facing.
I work with individuals and couples through a variety of life and relationship challenges. I specialize in helping clients navigate through sensitive issues like communication, intimacy, family conflict, codependency and infidelity.
