As a therapist I respect both your strength and vulnerability, offering a safe, nonjudgmental environment to express your truth, explore, and heal.
I integrate IFS, somatic modalities, EMDR, memory reconsolidation, boundary work, and contemplative mindfulness approaches to help my clients get to the root causes of their suffering. I'm also a bit of a poly vagal and neuroscience nerd and often share this information to help frame our experiential work.
I have experience working with people from all walks of life. I really enjoy working with individuals around issues of trauma, grief, self-esteem, personal growth, spirituality, psychedelic integration, life transitions, relational dynamics, communication, sexual difficulties, and societal oppression/equity. I am LGBTQ affirming and trans-competent.
