My goal is to engage collaboratively and compassionately with each of my clients throughout their therapeutic journey. I find special value in working with all clients on finding new ways to care for self on a deeper and more intimate level.
My work is grounded in practices that stem person-centered philosophies emphasizing autonomy. I also find great value in utilizing a diverse set of therapeutic frameworks in order to meet each client's needs in a shared effort so that you may grow psychologically and emotionally. I work from a body and weight inclusive paradigm.
My therapy is secular and non-religious. I believe that you are the author and expert of your own life experience. My practice is welcoming and safe for everyone. I am a fat-positive/body-positive provider, as well as LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and poly/kink affirming/aware/inclusive.
