Have you been feeling overwhelmed and anxious, weighed down by sadness, or challenged by complicated relationships in your life? I’d love to offer you a safe and compassionate space to process your pain, share your story, and find healing as you move forward in your journey. I believe you are the expert on your story, and I’m honored to sit with clients as they get to know and care for all parts of themselves, the parts they love and even the parts they may not like very much yet. I find great joy in witnessing the peace and healing clients find in this process.

I have experience working with individuals who are facing difficult seasons and life changes or processing anxiety, depression, trauma, and complicated family dynamics. After working in Higher Education for many years I also enjoy caring for college students, faculty, staff, and parents.

I bring a client-centered and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed lens to our work, and will soon offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I have an M.A in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an M.A. in Christian Formation. I am happy to care for clients from all backgrounds and happy to bring a faith-based perspective for clients who prefer that.
