I absolutely love what I do and love for clients to make their experience in counseling their own. Whether you’re stressed, experiencing deep sadness or pain or having a hard time identifying what troubles you, we can work together to find the best solution for you. There is nothing like experiencing hard things and then taking the step to talk to a stranger in order to get help – what courage! My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where my clients can explore their concerns, find solutions, and achieve greater emotional wellbeing.
I am a bilingual (Spanish) therapist and hold a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, I am additionally trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART works to reprogram the way distressing memories and images are stored in the brain so that they no longer trigger strong negative reactions.
I have a passion for helping women and couples through difficult times and am excited to continue on the journey to which God has called me.
