I want to help you not only face these stressors, but find a deeper connection to yourself as we navigate these challenges together. I believe that everyone deserves dignity, respect and an opportunity to be heard and connect with their authentic selves. I want to help those struggling with trauma, perinatal persons, and all humans find a sense of connection to themselves and their best lives.

I want to help you learn the tools and skills you need to face life's challenges. I often use tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
