I am passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, with a special focus on Trans and Non-Binary adults and adolescents. Gender exploration is a journey, and I’m here to help you navigate this path with curiosity and compassion. Whether you're exploring your identity, managing symptoms of depression, or embracing what makes you uniquely you, I am committed to helping you identify and utilize effective coping tools. I also work with neurodiverse clients, creating strategies that honor your identity and help you thrive in a world designed for "neurotypical" individuals.

Exploring your gender and/or sexuality can be very meaningful, but it can also feel overwhelming. Together, we can unpack the how systems built around transphobia, racism, ableism etc. may have impacted you, and then help you connect with both inner and outer resources so you can better cope with life's challenges.

No matter what your individual circumstances are, this can be a challenging time to be alive. I can help you access your healing intuition by co-creating a curious, non-judgemental environment so that you can tap into your own sources of resilience. One of my favorite tools is called Internal Family Systems (IFS). The IFS model helps to separate out different parts of us, including parts that may want one thing (like living authentically!) while acknowledging other parts (like parts that hold a fear of rejection) so we can get to know and hold empathy for all of you and create more inner harmony and self compassion.
