I'm a telehealth therapist who's passionate about providing individualized treatment to fit my clients' specific goals. I have a compassionate, non-preachy approach but don't believe in letting my clients coast by without doing any self-work as I sit back, silently nodding. I am certified in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), both of which I offer via telehealth. I believe that central to our struggles are our unmet needs, some past, some current, which have led us to compulsive/addictive behaviors and unhealthy attachments.
I'm openly queer and love working with those in the queer, kink, and/or non-monogamous communities. My specialties include ADHD, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, all addictive behaviors, and trauma/PTSD. I offer individual and couples therapy, and support those of my clients who are striving to improve their relationship(s) and/or sex lives.
Together, let's find the root of your pain and attachment needs in order to heal and allow you to fully enjoy the present moment. This, I believe, is the definition of happiness and satisfaction. I'm here to listen and support you on your journey.

The main issues I can help you with are trauma (including complex trauma, for example years of spiritual abuse), PTSD/C-PTSD, sex/sexuality/kink, depression, anxiety, ADHD, addictive patterns. Are you questioning parts of your identity? Are you feeling stuck? Do you feel that you are "hunting dopamine" more than you would like to be? Let's work through that together with compassion and curiosity.

The modalities that have been the most effective, in my experience, are EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy, which basically means tuning into the bodily experience, not just the mind, when we process our feelings. For sex therapy clients, I typically draw from Sensate and Sensate Focus. If you have a different preferred intervention, let me know!
