Hi, I'm Trish! I specialize in working with those of us who are living with a dissociative disorder such as DID, DDNOS, & DP/DR. Note: my session rates are $85 for individuals and $150 for couples. I can give you a superbill for insurance. Research shows a direct link from early childhood trauma to adult dissociative disorders. I'm a Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST) practitioner - an approach based on the Structural Dissociation model. I use Harville Hendrix's Imago relational model for system & couples work. I also teach Stephen Porges' Polyvagal approach. I’m trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy through Level ll.

I teach regulation skills for your nervous system. You can use bilateral stimulation to help you with your emotional regulation. I can help with extreme emotions. I've studied Sensorimotor Paychotherapy, along with Somatic Experiencing. I recommend the book "Healing the Fragmented Selves of Trauma Survivors". You don't need to remember or re-experience your trauma to start healing.

Research now shows a direct connection between childhood trauma and dissociative & autoimmune disorders. You can change outgrown patterns, resolve inner conflicts and improve your relationship with your body sensations, thoughts & feelings.
