I'm Trish. I specialize in working with those of us living with dissociative & other mood disorders. I see individuals & couples. I have openings for new in-person clients. My session rates are $75 for individuals/$100 for couples. Research shows a direct link from early childhood trauma to adult dissociative disorders. I'm a Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST) practitioner - an approach using the Structural Dissociation model. I use the Imago relational model for couples work as well as IFS. I teach Stephen Porges' Polyvagal approach & Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

I use somatic therapy, sound & vibration, parts work, bilateral stimulation, and EFT. Let's bring dissociative and mood disorders out of the closet! —> This group is not running right now This is a skills group for those of us who deal with the fallout from childhood trauma and have dissociative disorders, such as DID, BPD, personality disorders & autoimmune diseases. Research now shows a direct connection between childhood trauma and dissociative & autoimmune disorders. You can change outgrown patterns, resolve inner conflicts and improve your relationship with your body sensations, thoughts & feelings. We meet every other week 6:30pm - 8:00 $35 per session.
